Processing Time

    - Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-5 business days from the time of purchase. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

    - We only ship on Mondays and Thursdays. 

Shipping Methods

    -Trackable Shipping:

We highly recommend choosing a trackable shipping option, especially for larger orders, as it provides security and the ability to monitor your shipment's progress.

Trackable shipping costs a flat rate of $15. Delivery times typically range from 5 to 14 business days, depending on the destination.

You will receive a tracking number once your order ships, so you can follow its journey from our warehouse to your door.

Regular Post Mail (Standard Shipping):

    -If you choose regular mail (standard shipping), please note that we are not responsible for any lost or damaged parcels once they are in transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping option if you want additional peace of mind.

    -Regular mail delivery times range from 5 to 14 business days depending on the destination.

    -Regular mail rates are:

    • $5 for shipping to the USA

       

      Important: If your order is over $30, we do not recommend selecting regular post mail. For larger orders, a more secure and trackable shipping method is strongly advised to ensure your items arrive safely.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (For U.S. Orders)

-For orders shipped to the U.S., we do not collect duties or taxes at checkout.

- The recipient is responsible for paying any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees upon delivery. These charges are determined by the destination country and the value of the order.
